Following the Rouxblard video, my daughter and I wanted to try the focaccias. We went to Foix especially; honestly, it was worth the detour. I really enjoyed it; the toasted focaccia was really good. I'll come back to try the other recipes. Good luck and see you soon!

Great discovery! Fast service, welcoming and smiling staff! The most surprising thing is probably the taste of this food! Simply delicious and inexpensive! The panna cotta is also very good. Big eaters, a focaccia probably won't be enough to fill you up, but this fast food is still worth the detour.

A little originality to break the mold! I was drooling over the flyer before opening, and this fast food restaurant lived up to our expectations. Excellent products, original recipes, super friendly staff—honestly, it's flawless for me. We'll be seeing each other often! 😋

Nice setting, very friendly and welcoming staff, and the focaccias are excellent with fresh produce and really well served. I recommend it. Just one detail: your tiramisus is very good, but make it with pistachios, it will be a real treat in your mouth.
